Essential:
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders at Director and Managing Director levels within an operational or business management context.
- Must have strong experience creating presentations at an executive board level.
- Experience working in Financial Services or Management Consulting.
Role:
The successful candidate will be a member of the Performance and Strategy team supporting the Chief Controls Office (CCO). They will support the Head of Strategy and Performance, its team, and Chief Controls Officer with both strategic and tactical activities as well as driving the supporting governance model where appropriate. The role requires coordination among the different areas within the CCO, as well as with the wider control community within the bank.
