A Renewable Energy client is looking for an Offshore Completion Manager to work in one of the client's platform teams. They are looking for an experienced senior person to lead the punch list team (predominantly onshore) for managing the punch list/close out process prior to the completion/hand-over of the offshore HVDC-platform. The client is looking for an individual who can start ASAP on a 3 month freelance contract. The offshore rotation will be two weeks on two weeks off. The Offshore manager will manage 15-20 people.Responsibilities:
Offshore experience and experience from leading roles
Experience from close-out of punches, but also MC/Commissioning activities
Highly motivated person that can be productive quickly in their new roles
Ambition to remain in the position until the job is completed
A solution-oriented approach and good at finding mitigations in case everything does not work out as planned
Good communications' and reporting skills
Well organised
Experience from planning and progress monitoring
