Job Title: IT Delivery Manager
Location: Dublin
Length: 12 month daily rate contract
Rate: Negotiable
Start: ASAP
Experience
- 10-15 years total experience
- Must come from Software development background - 5 years+ (Mainframe, Java/.NET)
- 5 years+ recent PM experience (software development projects, full life cycle)
- Must have managed software development projects on a continuous basis over the past 3 years
- At least 1 Web based SOA developments project
- Team of 10 people or more
- Technical awareness of architectures & technologies
- Ideally one agile project, agile awareness is a must
- Ideally customer facing or channels projects
- Must have some financial experience, preferably banking experience
- Must have experiences in delivering projects using IBM BPM tool for workflow/process management
- Must have experience managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast turnaround environment
- Not all 12 month plus waterfall projects
- Projects at different stages in the life cycle at one time
- Experience of working with business and IT stakeholders
- Good business analysis skills
- Good communication, interpersonal and written skills
- Successful track record of delivery
