Excel Administrator - 12 Months - Crawley - Negotiable Rate

A leading Security and Defence client of Hyphen is looking for an Excel Administrator to assist the IT team within the Business.

Purpose of this role:
To work within a small team providing administrative support to the clients Information Systems (IT department) and to the IS Transformation Programme.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

*To provide administrative support to clients Information Systems employees in the Crawley office, and also IS employees at other sites across the UK.
*To provide administrative support to the change management team and project managers within the IS Transformation Programme.

Key TasksIS Transformation Programme duties

*To work closely with the change management team to maintain a master user list using an Excel spreadsheet.
*To send out communications to users, maintaining an accurate record of emails and phone calls sent and received.
*To monitor shared mailboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner.
*To arrange courier collections and deliveries for the Transformation Programme and other projects as required.
*To monitor stock levels of Transformation Programme materials, providing notifications for orders to be placed.
*To provide front of house support for the device upgrade team at clients sites across the UK.
*To liaise with the IS Transformation team at all levels.

IS business support duties

*To monitor stationery cupboard stock levels and place orders as required.
*To raise purchase requisitions on the purchasing system.
*To administer the OTL Time Keeper system for IS direct bookers and to assist with queries, correct bookings and make transfers as requested by IS staff, project or work package managers.
*To monitor shared mail boxes and respond to requests in a timely manner.
*To undertake car fleet management tasks.

Work Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

Essential
*Worked in reception or an administrative position for 1 years +
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to advance level
*Full working experience of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)

Desirable
*Qualifications in typing or keyboard skills (minimum of 40 wpm)
