emagine Consulting is seeking an a Senior PMO consultant to Set-up a Delivery Program Management Office for our client, the worlds' leading Travel IT organization. The main objective of the PMO is to deliver a standard Project Management methodology across the business.

The role:

Define PMO charter (objectives, scope )
Define PM life cycle for Delivery with Central PMO processes and templates
Define a governance model: Review project executive dashboard, set-up regular review, ensure data integrity
Develop a PMO organization model (central and regions)
Perform Project typology inventory across the organization and various domains (As-Is) and propose Project starter kit based on typology
Define project reporting main KPIs, establish Project Status report templates, from the project initiation to the transition phases, based on executive dashboard You need
Previous experience in setting-up and driving a PMO (5 to 8 years)
Project Management (expert)
Strong international experience
Previous experience of Project management of large and complex projects
Project Portfolio Management
Project Management tool or ERP implementation experience
CMMI, 6 sigma, Lean management, Business Process Management
Fluent in English
Good synthesis skills
Good presentation and Organization
Leadership abilities - transfer vision into results
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening), ability to work with all levels of staff
Ability to work in a Matrix structure and across diverse business areas.
