Our client, based in the charitable sector, is looking for two enthusiastic Service Desk Analysts to begin work on a three month contract as soon as possible at their offices in Bedfordshire.You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users as well as troubleshooting any problems and handling requests quickly and efficiently.
You must have exceptional communication and customer service skills as you will be speaking directly to customers and helping them resolve issues both quickly and in a professional manner. Candidates must also be highly organized individuals as they will be expected to log calls and emails accurately.
