Description
This leading wealth management company has recently experienced expansion within the business and as such they have the need to bring on a new individual as an AVP Internal Auditor to provide risk-based assurance to the business. Services provide include International Banking, Wealth/ Asset/ Investment Management, Brokerage services and more.The successful individual will be heavily involved in the interaction with senior business heads, provide oversight of the cradle to grave risk-based audits, and assist with the responsibility of the successful delivery of audit assignment on a global basis.
To be successful, due to the nature of the business, you must have an understanding of the control, regulatory and risk issues faced by a wealth/ asset/ investment management company from an Internal/ External Audit background. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your understanding of investment products and offshore markets. Relevant internal audit experience would be essential and all professional qualifications will be taken into account. Travel in this role will be experienced up to 50%.
