Education:- Preferred: MD or equivalent (physician)
Experience
- Required: Knowledge and experience in GCP. Previous experience with investigative site relations. Previous experience in conduct and execution of clinical trials.
- Preferred: Expertise in cardiovascular disease area.

- Ability to anticipate issues related to investigator recruitment challenges
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills
- Comfortable discussing strategic investigator performance issues
- Ability to coach and/or mentor clinical investigative sites to achieve recruitment goals
- Collaborative problem solving (handles conflict constructively)
- Creativity and/or ability to put innovative approaches into action in trial execution and site performance
