MS Dynamics Administrator to provide support within enterprise scale government environment.
Initial 12 month engagement with potential extension options.

Responsibilities:-
- Administration of Dynamics CRM platform
- Development of documentation, approval, and implementation of CRM
- Security of CRM platform including risk assessment, audit
- Maintenance of disaster recovery plans including fail-over processes and procedures
- Performance system monitoring and optimisation
- Liaison with CRM stakeholder including application developers, business users, and subject matter experts
Duties:-
- Manage Dynamics CRM system
- Deploy & administer custom applications delivered on top of MS Dynamics CRM
- Provide level 2 and 3 support and work with other teams to analyse problems, determine optimum solutions and execute required repairs/solutions
- Monitor MS Dynamics CRM, AD and Identity Management services and proactively resolve capacity, performance or stability issues
- Plan & deploy product upgrades and patches
- Ensure production environment data and configuration is properly backed up and documented and can be restored at any point of time
- Ensure quality of Business Continuity Plan and support recovery of the system in case of data centre outages or other disasters
- Respond to services requests
- Documenting all communication and task performed including closing out help desk requests when completed
- Out of hours support as required
- Liaise with other team members
- Provide recommendations for improvement
Australian citizens with NV1 preferred, however Baseline clearance or Australian citizens with a willingness to upgrade.
