Fidessa Support Consultant - Fluent French and English speaking. 6 months+ Paris
One of our blue chip clients is looking for an application support consultant to support their cash equity execution team for a minimum 6 month contract, though it is likely to be extended.
Candidates must have experience of Supporting Fidessa and experience within Cash Equities environment. The role will be support teams in the London and Paris offices so candidates must be able to speak Fluent French and English. Additionally the candidate can be based in London or In Paris, but will be required to travel between the two offices in as required/needed.
The main duties of the role include, but are not limited to
Supporting of the Cash Equity Execution applications including but not limited to High Touch, Electronic OMS, Algo's and market gateway;
Testing applications and functionality in isolation and also end-to-end flow testin;
A strong focus on automation and working with BA's and developers to design test cases;
Working closely with the Front Office development and support teams on a day-to-day basi
Experience
A Degree qualified Fidessa Support professional, Equity OMS, prior experience of Ullink would be a positive but is not a prerequisite;
Experience within capital markets;
Strong experience of financial applications;
Track record supporting business critical systems needed, most notably the Fidessa trading platform; Experience of Trade life cycle management
