Responsibilities:
Provides 24x7 Firewall and Proxy Server support/administration for the Enterprise. Troubleshoots and resolves Internet, Extranet and Intranet, end to end connectivity problems. Configures and Installs Firewalls to enable the Business securely. Reviews and loads Firewall rules. Maintains compliance with ITSM standards for Change Management. Provides customer consulting related to connectivity requirements of new applications prior to, and during deployment.

Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Unix Administration experience, Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively, with a high sense of urgency. Working knowledge of networking concepts such as: subneting, routing, DNS/dhcp, switching, TCP/IP. Work with diverse teams around the world and provide 24/7 support to them. Develop and maintain technical documentation. (3 years): Firewall, Network Security, Network Protocols, Network Operating Systems, Checkpoint Firewall-1 (Provider 1), Network Administration, TCP/IP.
Desired skills:
Knowledge of Cisco network routing and switching. Knowledge of ksh/bash/Perl Scripting. Knowledge of Enterprise DMZ applications and architecture. Cisco CCNA CISSP certification. Experience with IPS/IDS Experience managing. Check Point Firewalls using Provider One. Experience with Blue Coat proxies/web filtering. Cisco, Proxy Server, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Analyst), Network Analysis.
