Service & Quality Assurance Officer, Benefits officer, Service Assurance officer, Contract monitoring officer, Slough
Service & Quality assurance officer required for an initial 3 month contract to be based from my client's offices in Slough.
To participate in the contract monitoring activities of my client's partnership development and client function by ensuring that service and quality assurance activities in relation to the performance of the service provider meets the client's contractual obligations.
90% of this role will be Benefit application process checking, therefore a minimum of 2 years' experience working at an assessment officer level within A Benefits Service, experience of working with the Academy system and a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the rules and regulations around Housing and Council Tax support.
