Process Owner/Analyst level 3.
You will work in IT Office. As a part of ICT Governance department, we deliver services to our customers (mainly ICT departments, but also other business units of the client).
Our team delivers services in diverse domains:
- Financial
o Time tracking and reporting
o Purchase order administration
- Project Management Office
o Tooling support for MS Project
o Guidelines and training material for Project Managers on using the MS Project client within Client ICT
- Talent management
o Competence centers
Elaborate concept of competence centers
Startup competence centers
Coordination and support of existing competence centers
o Skills management
o Provide training
Develop training paths for all roles
Organize trainings
Discuss training needs with HR
- Workforce Management
o Support internal people in career development
o Support team leads in executing HR processes (Performance management, personal development plans,…)
o Resource planning for ICT
o Locker and workplace management for ICT floors
Responsibilities:
As the team is rather new, some services/reports still need to be developed and put in place. Your role consists in analyzing data, writing "management reports" and presenting reports and data in Sharepoint environment. As a result the team delivers a higher quality to our customers and/or increases the internal efficiency.
Due to the nature of our work, your job will be partly administrative, partly creative.
You also need to assist the team in the rollout of EPM 2013 projects: Planning, timesheeting, reporting.
Technical skills:
• Education: Bachelor/master
• Working experience: 5 years or more
• Knowledge and experienced with reporting and dash boarding, KPI, … : analyze data (mostly in xls format), build reports, maintain sharepoint sites
• Can perform in depth analysis
• Technical knowledge:
- Expert in Microsoft Office (mostly Excel)
- In depth knowledge of Sharepoint (mandatory)
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft EPM / Microsoft Project (mandatory)

• Knowledge of one or more project management methodologies (PMBOK, Prince 2, …)
