The Team

Our Client acts as a hub for the International Private Bank (IPB) for EMEA, Asia and Latin America. As such, multiple platforms have outsourced certain activities, such as operations and technology processes and support. In its turn, JPMS has off-shored certain processes for the IPB as well as for its own purpose. JPMS seeks to establish a matrix of all Inter-Affiliate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with the different Legal Entities and to establish a centralized repository of all SLAs.

Key responsibilities not limited to:
  • Liaise with key internal stakeholders to centralize all SLAs in one repository
  • Establish a matrix to summarize the different services provided to/from the other Legal Entities, remuneration and controls in place over the activities
  • Set up a calendar of when each SLA is to be reviewed
  • Review and advise on best practices on SLA's and policy generally
  • Review SLAs to ensure they are in-line with the business/current/new business model


Requirements:
  • Experience gained within a Financial Services environment preferably Private Banking/Wealth Management or Asset Management
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Enjoys working and is able to successfully work as part of a Team yet also has capability to work independently driving own results
  • Self-driven with a flexible approach to different working environments
  • Excellent co-ordination and time management skills
  • Technology and Operational experience very useful
  • Strong documentation skills


Ability to manage multiple requests for information and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner
