Seeking a contact centre specialist to deliver the Service Delivery work-stream for the new Information and Support service with prov en experience of transformational change programmes.
A large, well known charity in Central London is looking for a Work-stream Lead who will be responsible for the delivery of change initiatives. The role includes the day to management of a number of projects that deliver the People, Process and Technology foundations.
The Work-stream Lead will need to hold a minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience managing all elements of customer service environments including people, process and technology. The ideal candidate will be able to evidence experience delivering multichannel contact centre projects (CRM, telephony, webchat and community forums) from business case through to handover to business as usual. Experience of digital marketing technologies would be advantageous.
