Network Engineer Voice and Data Specialist - Nottingham - 6 Months+Summary:
I have an exciting new position for a Voice and Data specialist network engineer. My client, is looking for somebody to take the lead role in a number of ongoing and new projects for a wide range of clients. The company's services are primarily VoIP based
Role and Responsibilities:
*Installation, configuration, test and support of all company voice systems
*Delivery of customer projects to a high standard
*Remote management including adds, moves and changes on customer PBX
*Responsibility for SIP services to end customers
*Provisioning of IP related services to customers
*
Essential Requirements
*2 years experience in a similar role
*Cisco switch and router configuration experience and good working knowledge of TCP/IP)
*Experience working with TFTP Servers
*Experience of configuring and supporting OSPF
*Experience of firewalls (ideally Juniper SSG or SRX)
*Strong technical knowledge of VoIP signalling protocols
*Experience of TDP to SIP gateways
Desirable
*Demonstrable of any other PBX's (Asterix, Avaya, Cisco Call Manager)
