- SAP FI/CO
Your Tasks
- Verifying of the existing Value Added Tax Key for completeness and correctness and the separation of their accounts
- Verifying of the report for the VAT register and their further processability that are used for the monthly VAT
- Aging List for overdue invoices and warnings
- booking of business transactions for the following areas
- Purchase: Inland, EU/UE, third country + customs
- Sales: Inland, EU/UE, third country//delivery in Czech republic
- Cash IN/OUT: cash discount, other discounts, import of bank files
- Petty Cash
- fixed assets: aquisition of fixed assets, AFA Run and the examination of the subsequent processes and account assignment in ledger ( also with foreign currency )
- Dealing of rate differences
- presentation of tax related and commercial law transactions (depreciation)
- proposal for a migration of Legacy data
- Intercompany-transaction
