My large, Financial Services client, based in Bristol is looking for two experienced Fund Support/Development managers to join their team on a contract basis.
Typical BAU Activities will include:
* Key responsibility for liaising with and providing support to circa 70 external fund managers
* Ensure that fund legal agreements are in place and being maintained prior to fund change or fund launch activity being undertaken by the Company.
* The candidates for the role will be expected to follow and co-ordinate (both internally and externally) fund change and fund event activity across the Company's UK Tier 1 insured fund universe.
* The roles relate to the setting up and maintenance of legal agreements for the Company's UK Tier 1 insured funds.
* Support function; supporting the team who are directly managing contract implementations or changes between parties
* Compare current/historic legal agreements with fund database and check relevant charges.
Experience:
* Relationship driven individuals; developing relationships with external fund managers (although supervised) and internal parties/managers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of working directly for external fund manager
* Excellent experience with Life & Pension clients
* Knowledge of External Fund managers and the operations involved.
* Well exposed to set up of mandated fund/mirror fund (mirror preferred)
