TITLE: Senior Oracle DBA & SQL Server - START ASAP - 3 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT - PARIS
CLIENT: Outstanding Consultancy within the Business sector
ROLE:
The client is in need of experienced consultants as a Database Administrator who can produce a carrier environment at level 3 Oracle both (10g - 11g) and Microsoft ) databases. It is Both media and project work. The experience sought is approximately 7-10 years within database administration.
CANDIDATE:
You will be expected to have BI competence Oracle & SQL Server (Level 3 on the 2 technologies). be able to sort DBA related production problems (Applications users, Incident Management, Database Tuning and data backups. Applicants should have experience with Oracle 10g to 11g, RMAN control, RAC, Dataguard, Enterprise Manager and OCP certification is a bonus.Applicants should have good knowledge of SQL Server Versions , control mechanisms mirroring, log shipping, cluster and Microsoft certification is a plus. Also OS: AIX, Linux, Windows, Document editor ( French and English) is also an advantageous requirement.You will need to have good interpersonal skills, independent working skills and be customer-focused.
The languages required for this role are French and English, proficient in reading, writing and speaking are essential.
Optional skills:
Candidates should possess good knowledge of Oracle Exadata, Good knowledge of SSIS and SSRS, Oracle 12c knowledge and knowledge of SQL Server 2012.
DAY RATE: euro; per day all inclusive (dependant on skills and fitting requirements)
