Description
We have a contract opening for an experienced regulatory compliance consultant to join our London client, one of London's leading market infrastructure providers.
The contract will be focused on controls testing, monitoring and staff training largely around FSMA and EMIR regulatory controls within a new division of the business. You will work closely with the UK Head of Compliance to ensure that all necessary processes, checks and training is successfully implemented. Other common compliance themes will also be in view, such as KYC, AML, insider dealing and fraud prevention.
This opening is best suited to an experienced Compliance professional who can anecdote successful experience implementing and testing regulatory compliance controls under certainly FSMA and ideally EMIR frameworks. There is a strong preference for professionals who have worked in a CCP or Exchange environment.

- Must have strong FSMA compliance controls testing and monitoring experience
- Strong preference from EMIR experience
- Must have good broad capital markets compliance experience, such as insider dealing and market abuse
- Strong preference for CCP or Exchange experience
