Description
I have an exciting and urgent requirement for a strong CRM MS dynamics application support analyst skilled in supporting MS dynamics. You will be involved in dealing with the resolution of system outages ensuring communication to all business stakeholders and escalation to senior management when needed. Perform accurate root cause analysis and provide corrective action solutions. Ensure the availability of applications for the business and undertake problem management through to resolution.
Key skills/requirement.
- Supporting MS Dynamics Essential
- On-boarding new internal and external applications
- Create and maintain application recovery procedures in conjunction with IT and Business requirements. Test execution for annual Workplace Recovery/Disaster Recovery testing.
- Interacting directly with end user
- Review and write requirements for basic specifications for supported applications, liaising with the relevant business areas where necessary
- Assist with testing and delivery of new software including training and supporting users through this process
