Audience Researcher

Duties

  • Conduct in-depth studies of the client base that identify actionable trends and insights
  • Develop expertise regarding audience behavior specific to the EMEA
  • Conduct user polls/surveys that provide accurate tracking of timely trends and memes
  • Build and maintain an efficient system to quickly answer ad-hoc audience questions
  • Monitor syndicated audience data trends (comScore, Nielsen, etc.) to discover trends as they emerge, and synthesize with our overall insights strategy
  • Surface relevant third-party audience insights to key teams

Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative field
  • Outstanding statistical and data analysis skills (eg significance testing, regression modelling, factor analysis, etc.)
  • Solid track record of inspiring corporate action based on data-driven insights
  • Experience using SPSS, SAS, R, Matlab, or other statistical packages
  • Experience using SQL & Excel 2007
  • Solid understanding of the advertising industry (especially online) and measurement methods/technologies most commonly used
  • Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education

Advanced degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioral or social science or a related quantitative field
