Change Analyst/Operational Readiness Analyst - Business Change.
To work as part of a change team to deliver the successful implementation of business change and improvement into contact centres. Ensuring that customer facing agents have the processes and knowledge required to deliver excellent customer services.
Key responsibilities
- Taking ownership and working to support the Change Manager and the change team
- To deliver change that will improve processes, operating practices and systems within the contact centres ensuring efficient and cost effective delivery
- To deliver all change with minimal impact to the business, colleagues and customers
The ideal candidate will have previous change experience within a contact centre environment
