Description
A very senior and experienced test manager with a good track record of driving complex projects which includes multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations utilising internal/external resources from different cultures and companies.The person shall have experience from managing test projects following both agile project methodologies as well as water fall approach.
- The test manager must have experience from running projects from early phases and to delivery.
- Experience from project management minimum 6 years.
- Agile experience, experience from bank, finance or transaction based systems.
The environment in which the person will operate in will be one of rapid initial progress with a fair amount of uncertainty as well as internal turmoil within and/or between different departments.
Hence it is vital that the person is able to keep multiple issues going at the same time without loosing speed nor quality and be able to keep all working to the common goal.
- Must to have a strong leadership but also be able to understand and operate more hands on if needed.
- MUST to have strong communication skills and have broad experience from communicating status/results from both waterfall and agile test projects.
