Magento Developer - REMOTE - £200 - £250 per day(Magento, PHP, MySQL)
My client based in Leeds and is a highly respected digital agency. They provide web solutions to high profile end clients, specialising in E-Commerce, specifically within Magento.
The company is currently enjoying a very successful period and as a result needs some additional development resource on the Magento platform. They have 2 projects for end clients of theirs, where you will be working on a Magento mobile theme for a fashion retailer and secondly re-platforming onto Magento enterprise for a well known department store.
This role can be done completely remotely with the odd office meeting with them in Leeds.
Required skills:
Magento template development and styling
Magento plugin development for the overriding and extending of core functionality
Responsive theme development
Desired skills:
Use of Git source control
Use of Capistrano for remote deployment
Use of Vagrant for development environments
Magento API usage and development
Knowledge of Magento Enterprise
Front-End development experience/knowledge
Contract Location: REMOTE with occasional meetings in Leeds
Contract Length: 3 Months initially
Contract Rate: £200 - £250 per day dependant on experience
This is an IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT with telephone/skype interviews happening tomorrow.
