Service Management SME

Our client, a Financial Services organisation, has a requirement for a Service Management SME to provide subject matter expertise in order to assist the organisation to define and develop their internal Services. They will then use the work to develop and implement a Service Catalogue built around a prioritised master list of Services mapped to Business Processes/Services and correlated costs. Additional work is to implement Demand Process with the Business.

Skills Required:

  • ITIL Expert but specifically Service Strategy and Design Phases of the Framework (Processes: Service Portfolio, Demand, Service Catalogue and Service Level Management).
  • Must have pragmatically undertaken similar (preferably not just in IT Function) work previously.
  • Exposure to Service Now and preferably Appito.
  • Training experience

Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite, along with good stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
