Marketing Manager - Global Telecoms business.

This role is within the Small and Medium Business Marketing team aligned to the Indirect Partner channel. Working to the Head of Partner Marketing, the role is responsible for the delivery of end to end marketing plans working with our network of B2B focused partners

Help shape and deliver the marketing plan for indirect channel partners, designed to address the needs of target business customer segments.

Ensure marketing plans are aligned to channel trading targets, with activities measured to demonstrate contribution towards targets.

Work proactively and collaboratively with other areas of marketing, provide day-to-day support to the Head of Partner Marketing.

B2B Channel Marketing experience, ideally 2 years minimum and indirect channel focused.

Excellent communication and interpresonal skills. Ideally experience and/or ability to work effectively with sales/channel management teams.

Team player.

Ability to clearly communicate plans to sales teams and other stakeholders, designed to secure sales engagement and action. Strong organisational skills.

Manage partner events end-to-end, including venue evaluation, logistics and communications.

Work closely with the relevant lead to launch new propositions into the channel successfully - ensuring all relevant take to market activities are in place.

Work proactively with the sales/channel management team and partners to gather insights and tailor activities and marketing support accordingly.

Support directorate-wide marketing activities, such as energy days and regional events, acting as marketing representative for the channel.
