THIS IS A FULL-TIME CONTRACT POSITION WITH A POSSIBILITY TO LEAD TO FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION. 

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

The Sales Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team by way of preparing proposals, completing sales reports and other administrative items as required by business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Sales Proposals and reports as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve processes and procedures
  • Respond in a timely manner to lead submissions and assign to appropriate sales team based on provided criteria using a CRM
  • Update CRM as instructed or as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

  • Experience working with CRM applications such as Salesforce (preferred)
  • Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
  • B2B experience via way of sales, customer services or account management
  • Marketing and/or Sales experience is an asset but not necessary
  • Experience working with Automation tools like Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua is considered an asset

Education/Professional Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is preferred, ideally with a background in Business Administration, Customer Service or Sales.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced  environment
  • Positive attitude, integrity and a keen sense of team spirit
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
