Description
A Payments Regulations Consultant is required by a financial regulator based in London to work on an initial 3 month piece of work within their Retail Banking Sector Team and producing an assessment of the Payment Services Firms sector. The scope of this project is to review the Payment Services sector from a conduct supervision perspective and produce a report for senior management.

Technical Expertise
- Knowledge of the Payment Services Regulations, E-Money rules and the retail banking sector from both an industry and consultancy perspective
- (Ideally) knowledge of the Payment Services and E-money market and how they operate in practice
Business acumen
- Internal and external stakeholder management; able to build effective relationships to support the delivery of project objectives
- Strong written communication skills; able to present well-reasoned arguments in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical skills; able to analyse large amounts of information, identify and present key themes and propose a range of possible solutions
