As interim HR Consultant & Manager you will be responsible for providing operational and strategic HR leadership for two Supply Chain facilities in the Midlands.
There is a specific objective to focus on Industrial relations within unionised sites with a view to modernising and developing a positive environment for management and Trade Union collaboration. As an interim professional you will need to integrate into the new business quickly in order to provide operational HR management of 2 locations in the Midlands, consisting of approx. 100 white collar and 300 blue collar staff. Ensuring compliance to policy, process and best practice whilst coaching and educating line managers to become more self-sufficient.
