Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup of a Project QMS for the project.
  • Identify processes and procedures required to execute the project in compliance with project specifications, standards and safety and security requirements.
  • Cooperate and work closely with other QA departments/sections in client's organisation
  • Support the project by improving quality of work practices and procedures in all areas and drive through efficiency measures to benefit project progress.
  • Responsibilities In turnkey projects will include:
    • Work with vendors QA counterparts to assure vendors' processes are aligned with client's requirements for turnkey project option
    • Assist with introduction of check points (Audit Points and Hold Points) at critical stages of vendors E2E deployment processes
    • Assist with defining criteria, guidelines and SLAs for key check points
    • Coordinate inputs from client's subject matter experts to assure vendors' processes are streamlined and aligned with best work practices as well as with client's key implementation requirements
  • Assist with development and issuance of company's QA and other project reports as required
  • Work with client's process automation section to assist with implementation of client's work process in tools and databases.
  • Work with vendors' counterparts to review vendors' processes and assure their alignment with client's work practices.
  • Establish a uniform and comprehensive set of guidelines, processes and procedures for effective, consistent and quality execution of work tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years telecommunication experience with at least 4 years in a QA related position within a telecom organisation.
  • University degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge and professional experience in QA methodologies and applicable telecom processes and procedures. ISO QA certification is considered mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of process development tools (such as Visio)
