Role: GI Actuarial ModellerLocation: North of England
Rate: £700-£800/day
Duration: 3-6 months
My client are looking for a part-qualified or fully qualified actuary with extensive General Insurance experience to work in capital modelling. Igloo experience is essential. Suitable candidates will also have:
- In depth knowledge and experience of general insurance and the regulatory environment
- In depth knowledge and experience of the inherent risks in general insurance and the measurement of these risks
- Knowledge and experience of economic capital modelling and validation
- Keeps up to date with actuarial and industry knowledge and applies this breadth of understanding to generate innovative and practical approaches
