I am looking for a Senior ICT Project Manager for a 6 month contract with strong extension possibilities in the West Midlands.* Self service & self help
* Asset management and software harvesting
* SLA review and simplification of IT services
* Automation and scripting
* Reviewing the performance management regime
This drive for "change at pace" now means that we need additional senior project management/programme management capacity for at approx. 6 months.
We are looking for someone that:
1. can drive ICT improvement programme through from the ideas stage, into development, to delivery at pace
2. has a proven track record of delivering large complex change programmes
3. has a proven track record of managing cultural change related to IT services in a complex environment
4. has a proven track record to reduce demand on ICT services through cultural, process and technology change
5. has the seniority, credibility and experience to be part of the ICT management team
6. has a strong track record of service delivery given budgetary and time restraints;
7. has the experience and enthusiasm to be a hands-on project manager as well as manage the wider programme deliverables
8. has the ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers, external partners, stakeholders, staff and their peers.
9. can identify new technologies or service delivery models that can benefit the improvement of the delivery of the service to the organisation
10. uses appropriate governance and methodologies (such as Prince2, ITIL and TOGAF)
