I am currently seeking an IT admin - Incident Logging/ 1st line support engineer.

Location: Wigan
Length: 6-12 Months
Rate: Circa 20k per annum

An Exciting opportunity for a graduate or school leaver with an interest in IT and who is enthusiastic, hard working , organised, with a fantastic phone manner.

You will be joining a busy Service Delivery/IT support team for a large Manufacturing and Logistics company on a 6-12 month contract to begin in the next couple of weeks.

You will be the first point of contact in the IT department so it is very important that the highest level of customer service is given to gain a good understanding of the IT problems / issues that need fixing. You will then be expected to log the incidents /problems and delegate them to the relevant point of contact in the IT depratment.

The team culture and atmosphere is excellent and they want to add an ambitious and friendly individual to the team.

You will be based in Wigan for the duration of the contract, and having a driving license and a car is highly beneficial.

If you have excellent communication skills and pride yourself on your efficiency and organisational skills this may be the role for you!
