Description
IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant .We are searching for an experienced professional who has strong ITSM implementation experience.
The duties will be to gather customer ITSM requirements and to develop ITSM process directives based on customer requirements, Preferably have experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool.
Must be ITIL v3 Certified (minimum) with experience with ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management, Service Level Management, and Service Catalog · Experience implementing one or more of the following tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, CA unicenter or similar ITSM products ·
Must have excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Experience with the full software development or application implementation life cycle: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Training, and Support. Some basic project management skills and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a group.
Fluent in English. Other EU languages will be added advantage
