Description
Develop process maps for existing fermentation processes by shadowing the operators and capturing the tasks they perform and the order they're performed. The format will be provided, but the contractor will develop all content. We may have the contractor perform the same work in other areas of the site that would require aseptic gowning qualification to enter the area. May need to work odd hours to be able to witness operations in a 24 hour operation.SKILLS:
The candidate will need to have a basic understanding of industrial processes or the ability to quickly grasp them. They should also be highly motivated and able to Stand/Walk/Bend/Sit for long periods of time as they follow operators around. They should be detail oriented and familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
