ODI consultant with Unit testing needed for a 3-6 month contract in West Yorkshire. This is a leading BI Data Warehousing project in Europe.
Key Skills
* ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) - ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)
* ODI - Oracle Data Integrator 11g expertise; and ETL/Data Integration tools experience (ODI 11g).
* Unit Testing experience
* Expert in Oracle Data Integrator ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) and ETL/Data Integration tool.
Key responsibilities
* Advising on Installation/Configure/Customise ODI.
* Performance tuning new and existing ODI interfaces to deal with ever increasing data volumes and working with a small and focused project team.
* You will design, code, test, and document BI ODI interfaces inc. any supporting physical and/or logical objects and appropriate documentation as per company standards to release the interfaces to test-to-live environments.
* Oracle ODI design and development experience, ideally gained within an environment dealing with significant data volumes.
* Experience in dealing with both flat file and XML file formats, transformations and associated ODI design/processing challenges.
* Demonstrable experience handing large data volumes within ODI and be able to communicate best practice approaches in terms of ODI tuning and Oracle as a whole.
