Global Performance calculation & reporting BUSINESS ANALYST French and English, Brussels, 6 months with extension
My client is based in Brussels and is currently looking for a Performance and reporting Business Analyst who speaks French and/or Dutch and English.
Function:
- Within the banking and financial sector and in the context of the implementation of a single Portfolio Management Solution and associated Satellites, my client is looking for a senior Business Analyst.
- You are in charge for the Reporting Stream and the Performance Calculation Engine.
- The scope is to define the To-Be Business Processes, Flows and Responsibilities, then to lead the selection of a new Global Performance Calculation Engine.
- You will work directly with Key Stakeholders to drive, capture and document the Requirements, then to structure the selection process and associated material.
- The selected resource will be hands-on, an industry expert in both Business Processes and possible solutions and will be able to drive and assist Business Users in the definition and writing of Reporting Requirements.
- You are an expert in performance calculation of attribution & contribution and develop tooling and analyse.
- You have a strong experience in Business processes and lead workshop
Profile:
- You have more than 5 years of experience in investment projects and banking sector
- You have a strong experienec in Investement performance Measurement and performance attribution.
- You have a good experience in client reporting and investment management.
- You are an experienced Business Analyst and Thought Leader and are able to work with the Core Programme Manager, Key Business User and IT partners. (Track record of hands on assistance to key Business users).
- Experience as a BA in Performance calculation and tooling are ESSENTIAL for this role, as is the ability to act as a Thought Leader and to open minds to best Industry Practice.
- Strong experience in Reporting in the Asset Management industry.
- You have a good experience in Risk management.
- Exposure to multiple Performance Engines is a must
- You have a good experience with Biztalk, Sophis, SSIIS and CRD.
- You speak French and English
- You are available to start in October!
