My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Coordinator Systems support on a initial 6 month period. The purpose of the role is to support the rollout of the new point of sale application for 40 different locations across EMEA including preparation activities such as data validation, manual application set up tasks, the rollout of WiFi hotspot devices, possibly support on-site implementation activities. To also support the existing distributed server software patch upgrades & vulnerability remediation activities needed to maintain systems in line with internal systems security policy.

Essential Competencies:

A clear focus & strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in their work is essential as is the ability to work to tight deadlines under time pressures. High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Outlook applications. Ability to work independently. Good organisation skills, Ability to work flexible perhaps extended hours/overtime as required.

Essential Experience:

Knowledge of managing and updating Microsoft patch updates preferred but not essential, experience of accurate data validation and data entry, previous experience of supporting online application deployments or new system implementations a plus, knowledge of the Foreign Exchange business a plus, experience of travelling independently preferred. Training will be provided

Some domestic or international travel may be required
