Our client, an electronic manufacturing organisation, is looking for a Senior RF Production Test Engineer to work on a long term contract basis within their major office. They are looking for a suitable candidate to join ASAP where the position will be based in the Netherlands.Job Responsibilities
As Senior RF Production Test Engineer you will be responsible for the design and implementation of production test set-up for high volume mass production.
Your responsibilities include:
- Together with multi-disciplinary team, finalise product test strategy in-line with target cost and high quality requirements
- Manage the development of Industrial Test Facility (ITF)
- Define the required HW, write and debug test software
- Release ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites
- Develop, apply and keep up-to-date innovative test strategies and methodologies
- Suggest DfT practices to enable cost effective testing and adequate fault coverage
- Provide inputs to the RF Industrial Testing Roadmap
- Support Test Engineers at Production sites in identifying cost reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers.
Skill Requirements
- Education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Must have strong experience in RF testing
- Must have strong experience in high volume production testing
- Good programming skills (C++, VBA, Labview)
- More than 10 years work experience
- Good communication and reporting skills in English
- Takes ownership and initiative, Target driven and international team player
- Experience with RF PCB design (Plus)
