YOU SHOULD HAVE:

Strong preference for those who are experts in either front end development, back end development, or professional online marketing

Prefer those who can convert PSDs into pixel perfect HTML5, CSS3 with media queries

Prefer those with AdWords experience

A proven track record of e-Commerce business, system development, and online lead generation

A strong attention to detail and be highly organized

Able to be completely self-managed and directed and come up with new ideas and then implement them

Strong research, analytical, and multitasking skills

The ability to take instruction and work with a remote team based on a 9am to 6pm PST schedule

Excellent time management skills with ability to meet strict deadlines

The desire to stay updated and current on new technologies

Excellent English writing and verbal skills

A reliable workstation with a fast computer and mic and speakers for calls. Must have reliable internet and power (maximum of 1 hour of outage per month).

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

Formulating strategies and planning to achieve sales targets for our websites

Handling all customer service requests via phone and email

Process all orders that come through our websites each day and handle return requests and problems

Developing and driving e-Commerce initiatives and marketing campaigns with new business partners

Analyzing and evaluating site user behaviors and web traffic by preparing regular market analysis and web analysis reports

Monitoring and analyzing business performance and ensuring corrective actions are taken
