Cisco UC/CC Engineer
IMMEDIATE START
National IT Systems Integrator are seeking a Cisco Unified Comms/Contact Centre Engineer, required to provide senior level support to their growing practice. You will be involved in detailed design and possibly build depending on schedules.This is an initial contract opportunity with the possibility to extend long term or convert to a permanent position - depending on suitability.
In this role you will:
Design and possibly build scalable Cisco UC/CC solutions
Possibly, when needed:
Maintain and support a Cisco UC or UCCE system with multiple endpoints in numerous sites across Australia.
Maintain and support high availability call routing at various sites, from branches to Call Centres
Ensure systems availability, integrity and security
Provide business continuity and improvement
Provide Senior 'Level 2/3' operational support
You have:
IT/business qualifications, together with relevant industry experience (CCVP/CCIE, etc)
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability in to work in a team environment and autonomously
Knowledge of a broad range of Cisco voice products, analysis, troubleshooting, call flows, Scripting and alarms
Extensive experience in voice infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning and service impact
Detailed knowledge and experience in Cisco UC & Gateway
Detailed knowledge and experience in Call Manager, UCCE, CVP
Detailed knowledge and experience in Cisco Call Centre Reporting
You work well under pressure and can quickly analyse situations, recommend operational improvements and implement solutions to UC related issues and problems.
