Requirement:
- At least 10-15 years work experiences of Carrier and/or Global Telecom Vendors
- Rich experience of Carrier SQM/CEM Business Application and Business Intelligent system.
- Solid understanding on solutions of top vendors in the SQM/CEM ecosystem
- Effective communication to customer & cross-departmental at executive level, with professional presentation skill and solid consultancy/advisory capability
- Consolidate knowledge in eTOM, ITIL and Carrier's CEM/CRM system..
- Degree in Telecom & IT, and MBA degree is preferred
Responsibilities:
- CEM/SQM Product/Solution Requirement Management, Solution Customization, and Use Case development.
- CEM/SQM/NPX SP/BP and Product Road Map development
- CEM/SQM joint Innovation Center support and Use Case Development.
- Service Operation Center (SOC) Transformation capability and service delivery platform development Charter/DCP support.
- Market in Sight, Customer Pain Point Analysis, & competitive benchmarking analysis. Industrial white paper and value proposition/pricing of CEM/SQM.
- Consulting sales advisory of Huawei CEM/SQM to Global Carrier.
