Job Description

Define the functional specifications of the proposed classification of workers functions, based on the strategy notes
Conduct a feasibility study:
Work with the IT team to set up a "calculator" tool which projects the situation of employees in place (at the level of remuneration) following the implementation of the new rules defined in the project. This tool can be realized in a third environment, on basis of data of extract SAP. Similarly, the results of these calculations should be injected (by Batch to SAP).
Assist the Head of Technical track in the project, in the assessment of workload (IT, HR, etc.), and the definition and monitoring of dead line
Write test cases and actively participate in technical phases of functional tests
Perform UAT (computer and other developments).
Validation/review of technical documentation.
Write documentation end Users.
Provide training for Key Users.

PROFILE
Senior Business Analyst specializing in HR and IT
Have a minimum of 10 years experience in managing HR related projects
In-depth and practical knowledge of SAP HR module is an absolute necessity
Excellent command module SAP Payroll is essential
Ability to negotiate and persuade.
Ability to communicate constructively with the business and technical teams.
Experience writing technical specifications.
Should have experience in training users
Written and oral French; Dutch understanding is needed (without having to be perfect).
