For our client in the aviation industry I'm currently looking for an Implementation Coordinator

Duration: 75 days
One of the business groups is currently performing a large project to replace its main application used to bill charges and handle claims with the help of an external provider. This project is managed by an internal IT Project Manager and an external Project manager from the application designer. Now the application is done and needs to be implemented.
They actually require external assistance to the Project Management Team (PMT) for the definition and coordination of the activities related to the implementation of the new application. you will:
- Assist the PMT for the definition of the "switch-over" plan;
- Coordinate the migration activities;
- Post-live assistance to the PMT.
Skills:
- University Education;
- Training Project management;
- Experience in IT projects in liaison with business users (as business analyst or equivalent);
- Experience in a similar domain (Billing, Finance in the file of transportation);
- Excellent coordination and reporting skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
The ideal candidate should be organised and methodical, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. He/she needs to be solution-oriented with the abillity to identify priorities and to clearly communicate them to other people.
