Responsibilities:Daily management and completions of events due
Ensuring accuracy of information provided and the ability to escalate for missing information or components
Coordination with other business groups/teams
Scheduling/tracking and monitoring of critical customer dates
Proactive engagement and appropriate teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Ability to identify and resolve critical issues which could impact delivery and service SKILLS:
Qualifications:
In depth knowledge of Ethernet provisioning and Local Number Portability including data services, POTS, TDM, Switched & Dedicated Ethernet is highly desirable.

Experience in Ethernet, Layer 2, Layer 3, TCP/IP protocols, Ethernet, VLAN, IP, QOS, DHCP, 802.1x, IP forwarding, Routing Protocols
Excellent understanding of Ethernet technologies and TCP/IP protocol
Solid work ethic, customer focus, team player, with passion for delivering world class solutions
Hands on experience on Cisco and Juniper Switches and Routers
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with customer account teams and attend customer escalation calls.
