Responsibilities
* Product management of Professional Services in the following areas:
Network Technology Consulting (service)
Network Integration (service)
Telecom Consulting (service)
Operations Consulting (service)
* Create business plans for Professional Services, including:
market analysis
competition analysis
service plan
* Drive the strategy of Professional Services
* Develop and manage roadmap of Professional Services
* Specify and manage the requirements of Professional Services
* Communicate with operators about requirements of service product.
* Monitoring industry trends, best practices, competitor analysis
* Excellent presentation skills
* Knowledge sharing and mentoring
* Excellent ability to deliver under pressure at tight deadlines

Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above
* As expert of professional service, with over 10 years work experience in telecommunication
* Excellent understand telecommunication networks and technologies
* Experienced in sales, delivery, development, product management of Professional Services in IT and/or Telecommunications
* Good communication and coordinating skills.
* Be sensitive to problems, can push
* English can be as working language.
* Deep understanding of Customer Experience Management
* Deep understanding of IT management and architecture such as SOA and ITIL
* Deep understanding of OSS/BSS system and ETOM etc.
* Understanding cloud service such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
* Understanding of Big Data and Analysis technology.
* Deep understanding open source, such as OpenStack, Spark, CloundFoundry etc.
* Deep understanding of how to develop, build and operate cloud services
