Project or Activity Description:
- Work in a global team to operate and deliver the storage service to end users.
- Close working relationship with the end users and IT outsourced suppliers to deliver a stable end to end service
- End to End problem management and monitoring across the storage environment.
- Develop tools and solutions either in house or in cooperation with storage service provider
- Work closely with end users requesting storage to understand their storage demand and type of storage required.
- On boarding of new technical functionality into the service
- Document, maintain and improve service performance
- Maintain and implement new functionality and best practices.

Misc. Terms/Conditions:
- Will be required to be on oncall rota as this is supporting a 24x7 operational service
- Must work in the Rijswijk office. This is an onsite position.
- Some evening calls or early work hours will be required due to the nature of being in a global team.

Technical Skills and Experience:-
- Good Exposure to Storage Technologies, with Isilon experience preferred.
- Either Isilon command line or good Linux skills required
- Operational support experience with NetApp and/or EMC Isilon Storage.
- Knowledge of key NetApp components such as hardware, ONTAP, Snapvault, Snapmirror, OnCommand/DFM, MetroCluster, quota management
- Knowledge of key EMC Isilon components such as hardware, OneFS, SnapshotIQ, SyncIQ, InsightIQ, SmartQuotas, SmartPools, SmartConnect
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and DFS
- Infrastructure hosting skills focused on Redhat Linux and/or Windows OS

- Customer focused and pro-active attitude - enjoy customer facing, taking end-to-end
responsibility.
- Be able to work with various specialized multinational support teams to bring complex
requests or problems to timely resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- In-depth analytical and troubleshooting skills on a variety of platforms.
- Open to new challenges and good adaptability to various technical environments
- Strong willingness to learn, improve and share knowledge
