Senior Change Manager - Complaints, PPI, Packaged Bank Accounts, Claims. Senior Change Manager to run PPI and PBA (Packaged Bank Accounts) workstreams, key deliverables are functional and non functional business requirements, oversight of the technical builds, working with central change to ensure the quality of the solution, time, cost, scope and operational readiness.
To support the customer experience so an understanding of key processes across the business within the contact centres, what it takes to build customer advocacy in an end to end process.

Key Skills
- Strong Change background ideally from Banking
- Customer Journey, Customer experience
- Call centre operations
- PBA (Packaged Bank Accounts), PPI, Claims or complaints experience previously
- Onshore/Offshore
- Full life cycle delivery - including business case and mobilisation
