An area that is much discussed, with millions of pounds spent on it every year, but one which many struggle to crack.
Our Operational Excellence team is currently recruiting for this development team, and we are keen to meet individuals with Lean or Operational improvement experience, specifically focused in the Power and Utilities sector. Experience working with Distribution Network Operators would be advantageous. This individual will work in the Power and Utilities sector roll-out team, specifically focusing on how to take the new and innovative proposition to market.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside a team to develop the sector roll-out plan
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop sales collateral and marketing material both internally and externally
- Responsible for internal awareness of proposition and roll out in sector
Candidate Summary
The ideal candidate will have significant operational experience in the Power and Utilities sector, ideally through a mixture of industry and consulting experience, although purely consulting experience will be considered. It would be advantageous for the candidate to have an understanding of lean operations.
The candidate will have a track record of success in sale, and will be able to challenge existing thinking around the sector.
Qualification Summary
Lean/six sigma related qualifications would be advantageous.
